Couples/Marriage/Pre-Marital Counseling $150.00

Spiritual/Life Coaching (Out of pocket pay only) $150.00
Sex & Sexuality Coaching (Out of pocket pay only) $150.00
Insurance (Sessions are booked through SMR Counseling Services. www.smrcounselingservices.com)
All sessions are 45-50 minutes for clients using insurance. We currently accept most major insurance companies. If we do not accept your insurance, we will provide you with the paperwork needed to receive a reimbursement from your insurance company. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
As a courtesy, we will attempt to verify your insurance, but it is the patients responsibility to know their policies and what they will and will not cover.
Reduced Fee
Limited reduced fee spots are available on a limited basis.
Pro Bono Counseling
In order to serve the public and increase community involvement Over and Beyond Holistic Therapy will be offering a limited number of Pro Bono (free) counseling services to the DMV community.
Payments
Cash, check, PayPal, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $50.00 for the missed session.
